Dancing through Surrey

This year I am running “Dancing through Surrey” project dedicated to dance photography. Having lived in Surrey for more than 14 years now, I have discovered so many beautiful wooded hills, open commons and picturesque villages. I think Surrey and surroundings will be a perfect backdrop for the photographs of the many beautiful dancers living in the area. I would like to meet aspiring or professional dancers who are as passionate about their profession as I am about mine.

Photo shoot in the woods

I met with Emily Coates from Vanessa Golborn School of Dance  at the Bracknell Forest end of February. We had stunning light on the day, but it was very cold. I was impressed with how keen Emily was to show me all the beautiful positions in her repertoire . Emily stayed focused through the whole shoot, despite the very cold weather and we got some stunning results!

Thank you Emily for being an amazing model. It was great meeting you and I wish you all the best in your journey to become a professional dancer. Hope to work with you again one day…
